SeaFunds is headed by Lee Thomas who has been involved with financial systems for most of his career. He started with
the Toronto Dominion Bank in Canada working with International Trading Systems. He was directly responsible for Money
Market and Foreign Exchange systems that were used in London, Tokyo, Taiwan, Singapore, Nassau, New York and
Hong Kong. These systems were designed to trade large amounts of money in a single secure transaction as well as to
protect the financial security of the Bank from unscrupulous trading partners. After leaving the Toronto Dominion Bank,
Lee ran a successful consulting firm. In the mid 1990’s, he returned to his financial roots, developing the basis of the
software that evolved into SeaFunds. During this time he developed strong relationships within the industry and the
banking community. This plus market diversification will ensure that SeaFunds is a major financial software player and will
keep it there.
